As a Project Manager at Uride, you will be responsible for documenting and optimizing company processes, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing new processes to enhance efficiency.
Document all existing company processes and workflows.
Analyze these processes to identify improvements, eliminate redundancies, and highlight areas needing new processes.
Implement strategic planning methodologies, to align process improvements with company objectives.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
Regularly report on process optimization progress and effectiveness.
Report on what processes should be automated
Stay on top of all new developments in AI, zapier, automation, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the tech or transportation sector.
Demonstrated experience in process documentation and optimization.
Proven skills in strategic planning and experience.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
Agile and Lean methodology experience is a plus.
Knowledgeable about AI, zapier, and automation is a plus
