To book a Uride, simply follow these steps: Download the Uride app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Register using your phone number. Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations. Press “select” when choosing your car size. It will then bring you to the 'confirm pickup' screen, the button will say “confirm and request”. Click it, and enjoy your ride! If you still need assistance, don't hesitate in contacting us!

Once you download our iOS or Android app, you’ll be prompted to add a credit card during account registration. This allows you to seamlessly book rides without entering your card each time.
You can update your payment method anytime by tapping the menu in the top-left corner of the home screen, selecting Payment, and then tapping Change in the top-right corner.
In select cities, you also have the option to pay with cash. Availability may vary by location.

While we don't offer permanent discounts, we're always running exciting promotions and special offers for our riders. Make sure to turn on the Uride app notifications so you don't miss out on our latest discounts.
We understand your concern about the two separate charges for your Uride trip. Our app calculates the actual cost of the trip, which may differ from the estimated cost. As a result, you may see either a refund or an additional charge to accurately reflect the final amount.
We understand that pets are part of the family! While it's up to each Uride driver to decide whether they accept pets in their vehicle, we recommend adding a note about your pet when booking a ride. If you have a service animal, all drivers are required to accept it. For everyone's comfort and safety, we suggest pets be transported in a pet carrier.

Absolutely, you can request multiple stops during your Uride trip! When you enter the destination address, just tap the + to add another address. Please keep in mind that multiple stops may affect the total fare, as fares are calculated based on distance and time.
Tipping your driver is extremely simple! Once your ride is finished, open your Uride app and you will be prompted to leave a rating along with the option to leave a tip. The amount you select will be charged to your credit card.
While we currently don't have wheelchair accessible cars on the platform, we are actively working towards expanding our services to include them. If you know someone with an accessible vehicle who might be interested in driving with Uride, please encourage them to apply. We appreciate your understanding and support in creating a more inclusive and accessible ridesharing experience.
