Supporting Animal Shelters Across Canada for National Rescue Dog Day

This month, Uride is wagging its tail for a cause close to our hearts - supporting local animal shelters in honour of National Rescue Dog Day (May 20th). Rescue dogs are the ultimate ride-or-die companions, and this May, we’re saying thank you to the amazing shelters that save and care for them every day.

We’ve made donations to 22 animal shelters across Canada to support their mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. From warm beds and full bellies to critical medical care, these shelters are doing it all - and we’re proud to help.

Why It Matters

Every year, thousands of dogs are abandoned, abused, or left without homes. Rescue organizations step up, providing a second chance at life and love. They rely heavily on donations, volunteers, and community support to keep going - and that’s where we (and you!) come in.

Shelters do more than just house animals. They:

• Provide life-saving medical care

• Rehabilitate dogs with behavioral challenges

• Offer adoption and foster services

• Educate the public about responsible pet ownership

  
  

These heroes on the ground are the reason so many rescue pups find their forever homes. And we’re honoured to stand beside them.
