We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager.


What are we looking for?


The product manager is a key partner to the VP of technology and leader of the development team, and will bridge the gap between operations and development. This involves identifying areas for improvement in system processes through collaboration with operations, translating those needs into technical specifications for the development team, and acting as a liaison to ensure both departments work in concert to achieve business objectives through development and automation.


Position Summary:


The product manager is a key partner to the VP of technology and leader of the development team, and will bridge the gap between operations and development. This involves identifying areas for improvement in system processes through collaboration with operations, translating those needs into technical specifications for the development team, and acting as a liaison to ensure both departments work in concert to achieve business objectives through development and automation.


This person will be in charge of:


  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with

  • business goals and market trends.

  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications, and collaborate with

  • cross-functional teams, such as recruiting, operations, dispatch, customer service and

  • development.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, including user stories and feature prioritization,

  • using Agile methodologies.

  • Work closely with the development team to provide guidance, support, and clarification

  • throughout the product development cycle.

  • Work with operations to identify key competitive market differentiators.

  • Work with the technical team to understand the technical stack and the unique

  • advantages and disadvantages that the stack may offer for rapid development, long term

  • support and product stability to minimize long term support requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) or equivalent practical experience. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a product manager or in a related role, with a track record of successful product launches.

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product strategy.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Passion for technology and a user-centric mindset
