Performance Targets
If a driver applies to drive with Uride through our referral program, you earn a bonus after the new driver reaches the performance target.
Performance targets serve as goals for newly referred drivers to strive towards. Depending on whether the driver is part-time or full-time, these targets typically relate to a certain number of trips completed or weeks worked within the initial period after joining. Upon meeting these targets, the friend that referred the driver earns their bonus.
